There were many memorable occurrences over the first weekend of Coachella, and more are sure to occur during the festival’s final weekend. The artists, especially the headliners Bad Bunny, BLACKPINK, and Frank Ocean, got most of the attention, but the celebrity guests were also a big deal.
The failure of Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet to make their public debut as a pair has made news, and now it seems that YG and Saweetie are doing the same thing.
The two Californians have been dating for some time, but have kept their relationship under wraps. The rumors started in March, after Saweetie attended YG’s birthday party, but there was never any formal proof.
Even though no photos of them cuddling have appeared online, @thejasminebrand claims they spent their time at Coachella together. They’ve worked together before, with Tyga on “Money Mouf” and Mozzy on “In My Face,” so their romantic involvement comes as no surprise.

But what’s really alarming are the rumors that every month YG gives his Icy Girl a “blank check” to spend however she wants. “He apparently has a black card with a ridiculously high credit limit,” AllHipHop claims. Saweetie has her own racks, so it makes logical that “she’s not there for his money, supposedly,” as the publication put it.
Saweetie has been linked to other celebrities like Lil Baby and Damson Idris before, but nothing significant ever came of those rumors. Her breakup with Quavo was her last major public relationship, and many hip-hop fans were heartbroken to see them go.
