Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth Divorce, “Moving Ahead With Mutual Regard” 2023
After 11 years of marriage, actor and Academy Award winner Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth have announced their decision to divorce. On Friday, the pair issued a statement that was a collaborative effort.
Here is what the statement said: “We would like to share some personal news with you… The challenging choice to get a divorce was arrived at after a great lot of deliberation and reflection on the future of our relationship.
We have had so many amazing years together, and now we are moving on with a profound love for one another, kindness for one another, and mutual respect for everything that we have achieved together.” They begged for confidentiality and included the following in their statement: “As we go into the next phase of our lives, our kid and the rest of our family will continue to be our top concern.
Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth are divorcing, citing “mutual respect” as the reason.
These issues are never simple, and they are very close to the author’s heart. We are really grateful to everyone for respecting the privacy of our family during this difficult time, especially Reese and Jim.”

They are the parents of a kid named Tennessee James who is ten years old. A daughter by the name of Ava, who is now 23, and a boy by the name of Deacon, who is now 19, are the children that Reese Witherspoon has with her ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.
