Trick Daddy’s face—what happened? Rapper replaces gold teeth after 30 years 2023

Trick After 30 years, Daddy eventually underwent surgery to remove his gold grills. The surgery cost him approximately $60,000, and it was his first visit to the dentist in 15 years. The gilded grills have been replaced with new porcelain veneers.

According to Danielle Noguera, CEO of 5 Star Smiles, his gold retainers harmed his teeth to the point where he required bone loss surgery. He had provisional fillings placed while his gums healed. Next week, the bottom row of grills will be removed.

This year’s new season of the VH1 series Love & Hip-Hop: Miami is scheduled to debut, and the entire surgical procedure will be featured.

The visage of Trick Daddy has been affected by lupus.

During his 2009 appearance on The Rickey Smiley Morning Show, Trick Daddy disclosed that he has been battling lupus for several years. Trick stated in a separate interview with HipHopDX that he has refused treatment for discoid lupus, which has also damaged his epidermis and internal organs.

Trick reported that he had ceased taking all prescribed medications:

“Because for every medicine they gave me I had to take a test or another medicine every thirty days or so to make sure that medicine wasn’t causing side effects – dealing with kidney or liver failure…I just said all together I ain’t taking no medicine.”

The rapper used sunscreen to preserve his skin and cortisone injections to treat lesions on his body. However, he advised that everyone avoid steroid injections because they can cause scarring and skin depressions:

“I used to get these shots in my face and in my beard. So I let my hair grow…’cause the breakouts are in the hairy areas more so than other [areas]. So I [grew a] beard, [but] after awhile I was like, ‘F*ck it, I’ll just shave…”

Trick Daddy intended to inform all audiences about lupus.

Trick Daddy has endeavored to educate people about the condition he suffers from and stated that he always jokes about checking his visage in the mirror. In 1998, he was diagnosed with the disease and was experiencing parched skin that was spotted and discolored.

He was required to receive drug treatments and avoid sun exposure, imbibing, and smoking. He stated that he was exhausted by the medical routine and said:

“It gets so serious to that point, with the needles and doctor visits, I know it discourages people. And I just need to encourage them to do whatever they need to do to make [themselves] better.”

The 48-year-old is recognized for albums such as Based on a True Story, Thugs Are Us, Back by Thug Demand, and others. He has also released a number of singles, including Shut Up, I’m a Thug, Thug Holiday, U Already Know, and Paradise, among others.
