Liam Gallagher answers Oasis reunion rumors in the studio 2023

Liam Gallagher has opened up about the possibility of Oasis reforming after reportedly warming relations between him and his sibling Noel.

As Oasis celebrates the 30th anniversary of the release of their debut album, there have been increasing hopes that the notoriously argumentative brothers will embark on a tour or release new music.

And hopes were raised when 50-year-old Liam was observed entering a recording studio, but 55-year-old Noel was nowhere to be found at the same location.

Now, sources have revealed what Liam has been up to in the studio and hinted that the singer and his sibling may not be opposed to collaborating on new music.
“Even though Liam and Noel are on better terms, he is still focused on his solo material and has another album in him before he can consider an Oasis reunion,” a music industry insider told the Sun on Sunday.

“His mental state has been excellent, and his creative energies are flowing. He cannot wait to return to the studio.”

Liam himself recently discussed his concentration in the recording studio.

The singer, who has released three number-one solo albums, gushed about his favorite music producers, stating, “It’s simple, man. I expected it to be much more challenging. We just get in and do what we’ve got to do.

“We do not waste time. I wish I could write an entire album, but it’s simply not possible.”

Noel dispelled rumors of a reunion for the 30th anniversary of their debut album Definitely Maybe.

However, he did promise a special re-release of the legendary album that will include a number of previously lost tracks from the recording sessions, such as acoustic versions of Live Forever, Slide Away, and Supersonic.

He stated, “In the Sony archives, we discovered recordings from those sessions. We believed they were misplaced, but they were simply mislabeled. These renditions of these tunes, some of which are acoustic, are exquisite.”

But he added, “There won’t be a tour, and we won’t come back to play them together.”
